Summary: a strange person intruded into a building of a bank which is closed off to the general public to pop in and say hello to one of his friends. The employee will deal with the situation.
Script:
(B comes into the building, looks around)
A: It seems that you have some difficulties, sir. Are you looking for someone?
B: Oh, yeh. I’m here to visit James Bond, one of my friends who works here. Can you tell me the way to his office?
A: Sure, before that, could you show me your visitor’s tap, please?
B:(Confusing) Visitor’s tap? What’s that？
A: Don’t you have it? I’m afraid that this area is restricted. The visitor’s tag is essential for you to come in.
B:(Impatiently) I’m just here to see a friend, is it necessary to be so strict?
A: Sorry, but it’s the rule. The rule is used to prevent theft of important archives and documents, and of course…(interrupted by B)
B: (Angrily) Nonsense! Do I look like a thief?!
A: (Afraid)Nonono…, that’s not what I mean.
B: (Interrupt A again) Well, what did you mean then?
A:(A little impatiently) For the security of the bank, the visitor’s tag is very essential…(interrupted by B)
B: I don’t care about this. I haven’t seen my friend for several years and there’s finally a chance for me to see him. My friend’s and my time are both very precious, I’m not doing anything wrong and I only need a few minutes to greet him, but you are stopping me only because of a silly tag?!
A: Ah, I understand your feeling so much…What about calling your friend to come downstairs and meet you?
B: (A little snort of laughter) The main reason why I come here is to give my friend a surprise. So I must enter his office and say hello in person. Do you think your method is proper?
( embarrassing atmosphere silence for a few seconds)

Please transact a temporary visitor’s tag for him as soon as possible, and put the paper on the small desk, thanks.(put down the telephone)
The staff is printing your temporary tag right now, it won’t take too long.
B: Thank you so much, I don’t need to go upstairs so hurriedly actually.
(A few moments later)
A: I’m sorry to have delayed your time, here is your tag. Mr. James Bond is in Office 303 in the third floor, there is a small table with a basket of snacks and some flowers beside the door of his office.
B: Ah I got it, thanks for helping me. Well, I’m really sorry that I was so rude with you…I hope that you can accept my apology…Please forgive me.
A：Never mind, I can understand that. Have a nice meeting with your friend!
B: Thanks, it’s so kind of you. ( go upstairs)
